HOMEMADE GRANOLA FOR HIPPIES

Ingredients:

2 CUPS oat flakes 

1 / 2 cup of whole almonds & 1/2 cup of hazelnuts 

1 / 2 cup of coconut flour 

2 fists of pumpkin seeds 

1big tablespoon of cacao

1 / 4 tablespoon of salt

3 / 4 tablespoon of cinnamon 

3 / 4 tablespoon of vanilla powder

1 / 2 cup dates, chopped into small pieces 

1 / 4 cup maple sirup

1 / 4 cup olive oil

2 big tablespoons  of maple or agave syrup (you can replace with honey for non vegan version)

 

 

PREPARATION: 

Mix dry ingredients together and wet ingredients together.  Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well..

Preheat the oven to 150 ° C. When you will put them into the oven, don't forget to put the baking paper under the ingredients. 

Bake for 30 minutes (mix every 10 min- about 3 times while baking).

CHOCOLATE PUDDING WITH CHIA SEEDS, COCONUT CREAM & BANANA

Ingredients:

0,6 l plant based Milk (Almond, Rice, Coconut...)

2 big spoons of BIO-Cornstarch (see the quantity recommended on the package), you can also skip the Cornstarch and add more Chia seeds but the best is to wait over night before serving.

12 spoons of 100% Cocoa powder

4 or more spoons (depending on how sweet you want the pudding to be) Agave or Maple syrup 4

1big tablespoon of cacao

pinch of salt

1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

30g of dark 70% Chocolate

Plant-based cream for topping (we make the coconut cream from the can-make sure to leave the can in the fridge at least 10 hours and take out the top and mix it to get the consistency of cream)
