VINYASA & ASHTANGA
Eva is our Hatha and Vinyasa teacher. Her inspiring classes encourage students to move more mindfully, helping them to be more aware of their habits of body and mind.
After many years practicing she initially studied Hatha yoga in Barcelona and later on Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga in Rishikesh, the capital of yoga, becoming RYT 500hrs.
She has a background in Reiki and sound-healing, especially with tibetan singing bowls which she usually love to play during her classes.
Ana is an experienced teacher of Hatha yoga. She will guide you trough each asana to work more in depth of adjustment and the alignment, keeping a determined time in each asana. She follows the wise words of B.K.S. Iyengar: “Action is movement with intelligence. The world is filled with movement. What the world needs is more conscious movement, more action.”
I am a E-RYT200 and E-RYT500 and an It's Yoga International teacher trainer with over 1000hrs of training in a diverse range of yoga styles: Hatha, Bikram yoga ,Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Yin and The Rocket®.
I started my practice with Vinyasa and, over the years that followed, I explored many paths in the practice of Yoga through asanas and anatomy, pranayama, meditation and the study of its philosophy. I have shared my knowledge in busy studios settings as well as smaller spaces, private classes, workshops, retreats and teacher trainings. I strive to learn more; I love all forms of yoga and find that they all complement each other to help create harmony within and around me as well as the people around me.
I continuously look for new ways to learn through my practice, workshops and trainings; I believe constant training and practice is the key to being a giving, compassionate and enthusiastic teacher.
My classes have an emphasis on alignment and focus on breath, offering hands-on adjustments when needed, to provide a safe environment and to encourage students to steadily develop their practice by cultivating self-awareness and acceptance.
